We continue to live the past through drinking wine made from a plant whose origins date back to the regions of the ancient near east. Wine is considered one of the oldest alcoholic drinks in the world. It used to be made from different ingredients like grapes, raisin, dates and honey. Today, it is basically made from grapes.
The history of Whisky
Whisky is an alcoholic drink distilled from fermented grains, such as wheat, barley and maize. It is preserved to age in oak-wood barrels. It is usually made all over the world in several classes and types according to unified typical properties in fermenting grains, distillation and aging.
The history of Arak
Arak is a traditional alcoholic drink of the Middle Eastern countries; it is pure and colorless with a strong taste and a relative of the alcoholic drinks made from anise. Its color changes when mixed with other liquids. Its percentage of alcohol ranges between 40-63% and it is extracted from vine with the addition of anise.

Vodka is a traditional alcoholic drink distilled from fermented grains or potatoes. Sometimes some flavors are added. It is a clear, colorless drink and can be mixed with other drinks.

Cognac, also known as brandy, is an alcoholic drink distilled from grapes. It is manufactured in a way similar to wine and whisky except for the type of grapes it is made from.
